Posting a gig is free, and the client pays the price they posted. The platform fee comes out of the hustler’s payout when the gig is completed, not on top for the client. Hustlers keep 100% of their first 3 jobs.
On the feed, you see what you will earn after your current fee tier. Another hustler may see a different earn amount on the same gig.
Your earn amount and any platform fee are shown in the app before you apply.
Read the Terms and ConditionsYes. When a client hires, the gig amount is held (on their card, or by Instant EFT when TradeSafe is enabled). You are not charged until both client and hustler mark the gig complete.
After both confirm, the hold is captured. The hustler is paid to their linked bank account, and GigZA keeps any platform fee (minus GigZA Credit, if there is any).
After both sides mark the gig complete and the payment captures, funds settle to the hustler’s linked bank account through TradeSafe, our payment partner.
Payouts run on business days, so expect the deposit later the same day or the next business day, not always the same minute you mark complete.
